Cullasaja is the only club/community on the plateau which has a Member Services Division offering a wide array of personalized services to our members. Member Services can handle most home repair jobs, plumbing and electrical, or larger jobs such as adding on a deck or porch. Our team will manage your construction project in your absence and ensure it is done correctly via direct supervision of certified insured contractors, or via our in-house R&M team.
Our goal is for you to experience 'Remarkable Mountain Home Living" and our team will take care of your property when you leave for the winter months or while traveling. Our winterization, spring opening and weekly home inspection service are just a few of the benefits of being a Cullasaja HOA member.
In addition, Member Service Landscaping is available for all your landscape or property needs, and in the winter, is available to deliver your firewood or remove snow or ice from your driveway.
Cullasaja HOA and Member Services staff is available to you year round. Less than 300 residents enjoy the peace-of-mind in having a 24/7/365 manned security gate with surveillance cameras. The infrastructure includes 8 miles of roadway, a state-of-the-art water treatment facility and water distribution system.
