At Cullasaja, the safety and peace of mind of our residents and guests are our highest priorities. The Security Department, operated by the Cullasaja Homeowners’ Association, maintains a fully staffed gatehouse around the clock—365 days a year.

Our trained security personnel not only monitor entry and exit but also conduct regular patrols throughout the community to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. In addition to their security duties, team members provide a range of helpful services to residents and visitors. All staff are certified in CPR and AED use, reflecting our commitment to preparedness and care.

The department is led by Chief of Security, Keith Ramey, whose leadership and dedicated team deliver professional service with a friendly approach. Whether assisting guests, supporting residents, or safeguarding the community, the Cullasaja Security team is always here for you.
